First things first.... this came out of NOWHERE. I was truly in a place of prayer and really had a rough last few years. I know Q came at a perfect time in my life when I needed it the most. My health has not been a priority for years. I mean it.

When Krista reached out to me, I wasn't even looking. But I felt prompted to hear her out. Fast forward a few days later and I knew this was a path I needed to go down.
